Deborah was born January 29, 1954 in Amarillo, Texas, to Bill and Ann Payne. She married Rodney Pilgrim October 4, 1983. She was a cherished wife, beloved mother, precious grandmother, and loyal friend. Truly the kindest, gentlest soul. She spent her youth traveling and living overseas. Fiercely competitive and committed to her education, she earned her degree of a Doctor of Pharmacy and was always a trusted, caring pharmacist who made human welfare and the relief suffering her primary concern. In retirement, she enjoyed time with her grandchildren and at her donkey ranch, often considered one in the same.
Surviving family members left to honor her memory include, her brother, Mike Payne and his family; her son, Michael; daughters, Virginia and Denise; grandchildren, Dustin and Austin, Miles and Elena, Chris and Brandi Neaville, Ally, Sammy and Brenda Chapman; great-grandchildren, Riliegh, Logan, Lincoln and Ricky.
She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.
