Henrietta Stephenson, 81, passed away peacefully in her home on June 14, 2019 surrounded by loved ones. She was born September 5, 1937 in Orange Grove, Tx, to Alfonse Joseph & Clara Fey Tschoepe. On October 13, 1961, she married George W. Stephenson.

For several decades, Mrs. Stephenson called Greenville home. Shortly after her husband’s death in 1993, she moved to Campbell, TX. Mrs. Stephenson held many jobs, including working at Lance, Inc., Rains ISD as a cashier, and babysitting. However, the job she found most rewarding was being Mother and Nanny. She loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was an active member of Vansickle Baptist Church.

Mrs. Stephenson is survived by a son, Johnny Frank Stephenson and wife, Carolyn, of Wills Point, daughters and sons-in-law Vanessa and Jaime Gamez of Royse City, Vicki and Johnny Richardson of Campbell, Valarie & Boyce Porter of Terrell, Verlyne and Bill Richardson of Campbell, Veta and Daren Dawson of Campbell, and Vonda and Philip Farmer of Caddo Mills. Grandchildren and spouses are Dustin and Julia Stephenson, Jaime Jr. and Yvie Gamez, Jonas and Jillian Gamez, Janie and Sam Trejo, Jael and Jorge Cisneros, Jeremy and Jessica LaCook, Amy Dunavin, Mandy Mock, Trent and Amelia Mock, Joshua and Amy Richardson, Monica Richardson, Caleb Dawson, Kaylee and Jason Parise, Kaden and Katie Dawson, Phoenix Farmer and Philip Theo Farmer, Jr.

Her great-grandchildren are Dawson, Hudson, and Caroline Stephenson, Aaron, Hannah, Ayden, Andy, and Elianna Rose Trejo, Kayla, Jorge, and Vanessa Marie Cisneros, Dillon Dawson, Aidan Dunavin, Jace, Jaxon, and Jacoby LaCook, Malarie White, Dalton Davenport, and Addison Richardson. She is also survived by a brother and sister-in-law Elbert and Joan Tschoepe of Richardson and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, brother Claude Tschoepe, sister Mary Frances Seghers, and great-granddaughter Taylor Taiyari Gamez.

Grandsons Dustin Stephenson, Jaime Gamez, Jr., Jonas Gamez, Jeremy LaCook, Joshua Richardson, Caleb Dawson, Kaden Dawson, Philip Theo Farmer, Jr., great-grandson Dillon Dawson, and her deacon, Jeffrey Grisham, will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be Tuesday, June 18, 2019 from 6:00-8: 00 pm at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Vansickle Baptist Church with Brother Roger Ratliff and Brother Royce Litchfield officiating. Burial will follow at Memoryland Memorial Park.
