Kathryn Belle Gable, 94, of Campbell, Texas, passed peacefully in the morning hours of April 14, 2024. Kathryn was born on July 6, 1929, in Birmingham, Alabama, to Ruth Suthland and Cranford Berry.
Kathryn loved spending time with her family, they would often travel to Alabama to visit family, and go camping with their grandchildren. She also had a passion for music and could play the guitar and sing.
Kathryn is survived by her daughters: Brenda Willaby and husband Tony, Debbie Harp and husband Steve; grandchildren: Kathy Worley and husband Robert, Denise Gray; great-grandchildren: Zoie Gray, Zachary Gray, Devon Walden, Dalton Krodle; great-great-grandchildren: Peyton Wright, Aiden Espinoza, Easton Krodle; sisters: LouVerne Cason, Katrina Miles; brother, Kottine Berry; and a host of loving extended relatives and friends.
Kathryn is preceded in death by her husband, John Gable; son, Deward Gable; grandson, John Rayshell; great-granddaughter, Faith Ketner; her parents; and 3 brothers.
A visitation will take place on Wednesday, April 17, at 1:00 PM in the Lynch Funeral Service chapel in Greenville, Texas. After there will be a procession to Brigham Cemetery in Campbell, Texas, for a graveside service at 2:30 PM.
