Bobbie Joyce Barton, aged 76, passed away on November 9, 2024, in Farmersville, Tx. Born on March 5, 1948, Bobbie was known for her vibrant personality and her innate ability to find the best in everyone. She dedicated over 25 years of her life working at Wal-Mart and later served as a county court clerk for the city of Hawk Cove until her retirement in September 2024.

Bobbie was a cherished member of the Church of Christ in Quinlan, TX, where she found spiritual solace and community. Her life was a testament to her faith and the love she had for her family. A devoted mother and grandmother, Bobbie is survived by her daughters, Judy and Steve McNeil of Garland, TX, and Jamie and Paul Altman of Corsicana; her sisters Judy Sample of Gun Barrell City, TX, Evelyn Ford of Hawk Cove, TX, her grandchildren, Josh and Karol of Rice, Samantha and Nick of Garland, and Dani, Emily, and Melaine of Corsicana, many nieces, nephews and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father Bernice Patrick, mother Robbie Patrick, husband Billy Barton, daughter Kathy Mills, sister Diana Cotton, brother in laws Preston Sample and Gary Ford

Bobbie’s hobbies included gardening, which she pursued with great passion, and spending precious time with her family, cherishing every moment together. These simple joys brought great fulfillment to her life and to those she shared these moments with.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25, 2024, from 5pm to 7pm at Ingrams Funeral Home. Her funeral service will take place the following day, Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at 11am at the same location, with a graveside service to follow at Hart Cemetery.

Bobbie’s life was one of laughter, service, and unwavering love for her family, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
