Dianne Terry, 67 of Greenville, passed away on November 27, 2024, at Hunt Regional Medical Center in Greenville, Texas surrounded by her loved ones following a long battle with liver disease. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M., Sunday, December 1, 2024 at Coker Mathews Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Robert Cook officiating. Visitation will be 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., Saturday, November 30, 2024, at the funeral home. Interment will be in Wieland Cemetery.

Reba Dianne Sewell was born on February 9, 1957 in Leonard, Texas to W.M. Sewell and Retha Oakley Sewell. She married her husband of 48 years, Larry Hill Terry, in Wieland Church of Christ on January 1, 1976. Dianne worked for Hunt County in multiple offices for 24 years before retiring due to her illness. She was a long-time member of Wieland Church of Christ.

Dianne is survived by her husband, Larry Terry of Greenville, her daughter Jennifer Hammonds and husband Thomas of Greenville, and three grandchildren, Maggie, Thomas, and Alexandria Hammonds of Greenville. She is also survived by her sister Carol Pemberton and husband Charles, brother Deryl Sewell and wife Debbie, sister-in-law Rita Sewell, nephews Nathan Pemberton, and Justin Pemberton, and nieces Salena Streenz, Stephanie Dunham, Amber Sewell, and Leona Sewell, along with aunts, uncles, cousins, great-nieces and nephews, and many beloved friends. She’s also survived by her ”bonus” children, Courtney, Jordan, Dana, and James: She loved you as if you were her own.

She was preceded in death by her parents W.M. and Retha Sewell, in-laws Clyde and LaVelle Terry, and her brother Curtis Sewell.

The family would like to thank the staff at Hunt Regional Hospital, Family First Home Health and Hospice, their church family at Wieland Church of Christ, and the many loved ones and friends who called, visited, and were with her until the end.

Pallbearers will be Cace Lawless, Tony Boyer, Todd Prather, David McDowell, Steven Frazier, James Barrett, and Thomas Patterson.

Honorary pallbearers are Trevor Boyer, Kannon Boyer, and Mama Bear’s FEC boys – you know who you are!
