Kenneth Wayne Sanders, 62 years old, of Greenville, Texas passed away on January 2, 2025. He was born on August 8, 1962, to Wayne Sanders and Elaine Row.

He and his wife Cindy were long time members of Mineral Heights Baptist Church. He enjoyed cooking at the men’s breakfasts, where he made many friends. Before his health became bad, he was always willing to help clean the church and help when needed with maintenance issues.

Kenneth’s life’s passion was his over 40 years as a Heating and Air Conditioning Technician. He took pride in his work and was always willing to teach younger people who were coming into the field.

He was not a perfect man, and he had his faults like we all do, but he had a good heart and discretely helped others out of the goodness of his heart when he saw a need. He loved his family deeply. He loved music and his cats, especially his cat NeNe. He was a people person, and he never met a stranger.

He is survived by his wife, Cindy Sanders, his brother Eddie Sanders, his sister Shannon Reimer, his daughter Jennifer Mayo and her husband Chris Mayo, daughter Heather and her husband and 2 children. Grandsons Desmen and Matthew Gallardo and great-grandson Jayce Gallardo.

He is also survived by his beloved mother-in-law, Bobbie Hawthorn, nephews Eli Strickland and wife Cheyenne, Cassidy Strickland and great nephew Angel Strickland. He is also survived by aunts Jean Lightford, Barbara Hearn, Martha Row, Debbie Sanders and Marilyn Finley, and many cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father Wayne Sanders, his mother Elaine Bloyed, his sister Angela Sanders, his grandparents David and Mary Sanders and Luther and Lorene Row, great niece and nephew Emily and Blain Stickland and several uncles and cousins.
