Jermichael LaJames Edwards, “Michael” 44, of Greenville, TX was born to Sharlette and Frank Edwards on February 27, 1976, in Wylie, Texas. Michael passed surrounded by loved ones on February 11, 2021, due to Covid complications.
He is preceded in death by his father, Frank James Edwards, Sr., aunt Bridgette Houston, grandmother Lora Houston, and grandfather Charlie N. Houston, Jr.
Michael is survived by his wife, Samantha Edwards, and 3 beautiful children Skylah, Kayden, and Jayda Edwards, his mother, Sharlette Edwards, brothers Christopher Edwards, Brandon Edwards, and Frank Edwards. Jr all of Greenville, TX, his sister Tina Edwards of Denison, TX, and his brother Anthony Edwards of California as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Michael was a loving husband and tremendous father. His greatest joys were watching his children play sports, dance, and attend all of their events. He loved comics, the Dallas Mavericks, Dallas Cowboys, the beach, food, and most of all music. If you knew him, then you knew what it was to love him and to be blessed with an amazing friendship.
Michael leaves behind many great friends and loved ones. The hole remaining in our hearts can never be filled. Rest in Heaven, my love.
