Funeral service for Judith Ann Belcher, age 78, of Quinlan will be held on Monday, March 6, 2023 at 12:00 pm at Quinlan Funeral Home. Visitation will take place one hour prior. Mrs. Belcher passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2023.
