Richard “Dickie” Strawn Dingman, 80, of Greenville, Texas passed away on May 19, 2023 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on April 17, 1943 to Billy Richard and Sarah Emma (Strawn) Dingman in Paris, Texas.
Dickie lived life to its fullest. He proudly served his country in the US Army. He was a truck driver by trade, retiring from Roadway after working there for more than 20 years. He enjoyed horses, camping, fishing and spending time with his family.
Dickie leaves lasting and wonderful memories for his family and friends.
Dickie is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Zoe (Morrow) Dingman; children, Carla Drake, Dee Dee Igo, Dickie D. Dingman, Sherry Smith, Shane Dingman; grandchildren, Amanda Paschall, Cigie Moore, Dacey Dingman, Emily Dingman, Dillon Dingman, Callie Gifford, Deagan England, Peyton Smith, Ethan Dingman, Joseph Dingman; 10 great grand-granchildren; sister Elizabeth Stegal; along with a host of loving relatives and friends.
Dickie is preceded in death by his parents and brother.
A Graveside Service is at 11:00AM on Monday, May 22, 2023 at Brigham Cemetery located at the end of Hunt County Road 4216 in Campbell, Texas.
