Arnold Dee Phillips, 68, of Quinlan passed away on Monday, December 16, 2019 in Dallas. Arnold was born on February 5, 1951 in Dallas, the son of Hilbert Lester Phillips and Lois (Hunt) Phillips. He served his country by serving in the US Army and was in the Military Police unit in Korea. He married Judy Carolyn Purves on October 23, 1980 in Mesquite. Arnold loved his job as a Construction Estimator. He was of the Methodist Faith in his Christian beliefs.
Arnold is preceded in his death by his wife, Judy Carolyn Phillips; his parents, Hilbert and Lois Phillips; and two sisters, Patricia J. Grickis and Shirley Ann Phillips.
Those left to cherish his memories are his sister, Betty Mastin and her husband Richard; sister-in-law, Peggy Rial; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation with his family will be at 12 noon on Saturday, December 17, 2019 in the chapel of Quinlan Funeral Home. His service will be at 1:00 with Bro. David Hammond officiating. Burial will follow the service in the Quinlan IOOF Cemetery.
