Benjamin ”Benny” Spoonemore, 77, of Celeste passed away on March 21, 2023, at his residence. A visitation will be Sunday, March 26, 2023, at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home from 2 PM to 4 PM.
Benny was born on June 28, 1945 in Greenville, Texas, to Willard Spoonemore and Donnie Fitzgerald Spoonemore. Benny was a saddlemaker and rancher in the Kingston community.
Benny is survived by his daughters Barby Stewart and Mindy Gibbs, brother Glenn Spoonemore, grandchildren Jason Stroud, Joshua Jackson, Trey Stewart, Michele Gibbs, Gavin McInnis, and great-grandson Grayson Renden.
Benny is preceded in death by his parents, one brother, and two nephews.
