Billie Ruth Kelley 82, of Lone Oak, TX passed away on June 24, 2019. Billie is survived by her son, Steve and his wife Kathi Perry of Lone Oak;Sister, Betty Ann Kelley of Greenville; Brothers, Weldon Kelley of Georgetown, Charles Kelley of Sonnyvalle, MO. Don Kelley of Lone Oak; Grandchildren Miranda Perry of Lone Oak, Natasha Glasgow of Austin, Jamie Glasgow of China Spring; Great Grandchildren, Gavin Glasgow of Chin Spring, Payton Madison of Austin.

Billie is preceded in death by her Son, James Don Perry, Sister, Ilawane Armstrong, and Brother Dan Kelley.

The family will have a private Memorial Service at a later date.
