Billy leaves to forever cherish his memories his wife, Patricia Knox; two stepchildren, Tanoris Clark and Shawunna Clark; one brother, Gary Knox, one stepbrother, Cecil Rawlings, a very special brother, Rev. Ralph Hale; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; his mother-in-law, Georgia Clark and a host of other relatives and friends.
