Bobby Davis Sr., 82, of Greenville, Texas, passed away peacefully on April 21, 2025. He was a cherished member of East Fork Baptist Church and will be fondly remembered for his passions. Bobby loved to breed and work with his prized Pointer “bird dogs,” enjoyed boarding horses, and found relaxation on the golf course.
He is survived by his loving son, Tom Davis and his wife Linda; his daughter, Wendy Rogers; his son-in-law, Phil Guzinski; his grandchildren, Rachel, Megan, Preston, Christopher, Lindsey, PJ, and Brianna; and a multitude of great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind his dear sister, Yvonne Dukes, and a host of loving extended family and friends.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, Travis Davis and Georgie Lou Davis; his daughter, Donna Guzinski; his son-in-law, Steve Rogers; and his siblings, Rex Davis, Glenn Davis, Rita Summerlin, and Marcus Davis.
The family will hold a graveside service to celebrate Bobby’s life at Carolina Baptist Church Cemetery, located at 17745 Rockhole Bridge Rd., Andalusia, AL 36420, on Friday, May 2, 2025, at 11:00 AM.
