Consuelo Salcido Ramirez, 93, of Quinlan went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, July 7, 2019 in Rockwall. Memorial services celebrating Consuelo’s life will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, July 13, 2019 at Ingram Funeral home with Frank Ramirez officiating.

Consuelo was born on October 4, 1925 in Deming, New Mexico. She is the daughter of the late Francisco and Rosa Penosa Salcido. She was raised in El Paso, Texas and graduated from Bowie High School in El Paso. Consuelo married Felipe Ramirez Sr. on November 8, 1947 and they made their home in Dallas. She was a homemaker and enjoyed raising her kids. She was also preceded in death by Felipe on December 4, 1989, their son Felipe Serafin Ramirez Jr. on May 4, 1986 and a grandson Enrique Lobo-Guerrero Jr. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Downtown Dallas. She attended the Republican National Conventions in Texas and California. She was focused on God, the church and her family.

She is loved and will be missed by her son Frank Ramirez & fiancé Tammy Marvin of Carrolton; daughters Lucy Lobo-Guerrero and husband Henry of Taylor, Raquel Orcutt and husband Mitchel of Quinlan; 7 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
