Curtis Glenn Scott, 69, of Greenville, passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at the Hunt Regional

Medical Center.

Due to covid and the restrictions, the family will be having a private family service and a

Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.

Curtis was born April 3, 1951 in Greenville, Texas to Guy and Elnita Smith Scott. He married Charlene

Kitten March 1, 1980 in Greenville, Texas. Curtis was owner of Scotty’s Workroom. He was of the

Catholic faith, where he was a member of the Knights of Columbus as a 4 th Degree Knight and past

Grand Knight.

He is survived by his wife, Charlene Scott of Greenville; children, Lance Ball and wife, Katie of Ashville,

North Carolina, Jason Ball and wife, Kindra of McKinney, Chad Scott and wife, Brandy of Blackwell,

Ashley Scott Phillips of Greenville; sisters, Carol Langford and Nancy Nation and husband, Larry of

Greenville; and his grandchildren, to who he was known as “Pop”, Tori Scott, Brendan Scott, Renny Ball,

Charlie Ball, Andrew Ball, Dylan Phillips, Mia Phillips; and 14 nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Jeff Scott; sister, Sharon Scott; brother-in-law, Danny

Langford; and nephews, Randy Nation and Kurt Kitten.
