Deanna Gaulden, age 73, of Quinlan, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, February 16, 2024. Funeral services will be held at 1 : 00 P.M. Saturday, February 24, 2024, at Ingram Funeral Home in Quinlan with burial following at Hart Cemetery in Cash. Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M. on Friday, February 23, 2024, at the funeral home.
Pallbearers for the service will be Blake Moreno, Nathan Young, Tyler Mullis, Tripp Welch, Treye Welch, and Trevor Stunkard.
Deanna was born on Friday, December 15, 1950, in Hannibal, Missouri to the late Mr. Donald Wagner and Nona Sue Wilson Wagner. She graduated from Hannibal High School in 1968. She married Lonnie Gaulden, and he preceded her in death on July 27, 2009. She was a member of the First Pentecostal Church in Greenville. Deanna adored going to flea markets, garage sales, and thrift stores. She had an incredible talent for crocheting and spent many hours making and delivering her wonderful, knitted caps to cancer patients throughout the area. She enjoyed spending time watching The Bachelor, The Bachelorette, and home improvement shows on HDTV but most of all she loved watching Adam Lambert sing. Deanna loved music and dancing. She also enjoyed working in her beautiful flower garden. She loved all her family with passion.
She is greatly loved and will be dearly missed by her daughter, Carey Moreno, and husband Mario of Quinlan; Sons, Benny Mullis, and wife Julie of Royse City; James Mullis and wife Tricia of Point; Korey Welch and wife Mandy of Caddo Mills; Stepchildren, Ashley Gaulden of Oklahoma, Clayton Gaulden of Quinlan, and Preston Gaulden of Arkansas. Three brothers, John Wagner, and wife Patti; Steve Wagner and wife Stacy, and Tony Wagner all of Hannibal, Missouri. and three sisters, Pam Lusk, and husband Mike; Marla Welch and Emma Wagner all of Hannibal, Missouri; 19 Grandchildren, 16 Great-grandchildren, her best friend and companion, Robert Herring of Quinlan; she is also survived by her K9 Kids, Jacks and Paisley and her kitty kids, Maia and Phoebe.
