Dena Melba Easterwood passed away November 8, 2019 at her home surrounded by family and friends. She was 99 years old and a Christian of Baptist Faith.
Visitation will be at Lynch Funeral Service on Sunday, November 10, 2019 from 3-5 pm and the funeral service on Monday, November 11, 2019 at 9:30 am with Brother Pat Cooper officiating. Mrs. Easterwood will be laid to rest at Val Verde Cemetery in Milam County, Texas at approximately 3 pm.
Melba was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Easterwood, parents Sarah and Homer Burns, son Robert Burns Easterwood, and six brothers.
Left to cherish her memory are her children Bill Easterwood and Margie of Lone Oak. Sandra Caldwell of Quinlan and Linda Guyton and husband Ted of Quinlan. She is also survived by sister Betty Lister, nine grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 13 great-great-grandchildren and countless nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be her grandsons and family members.
