E.H. Glasscock Jr., 83, of Farmersville, TX, passed peacefully on August 24, 2022. He was born October 26, 1938, in Texas to Erve Glasscock and Lorene (Bibby) Fenter.
E.H. was a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He served in the United States Army, retired as a Dallas Firefighter and was an
entrepreneur. After retirement, he enjoyed restoring antiques and spending time with his family.
E.H. is survived by his daughters; Kimberly Peoples and husband John David of Point, Texas, Lisa Butler of
Chatham, Virginia, and Mandy Corns and husband Donnie of Danville, Virginia grandsons; Errin Farley and wife Brooke, of Paris, Texas,
and Jonathan Butler of Chatham, Virginia, granddaughters; Kelsie Thompson of Chatham, Virginia, Kaitlin Peoples of Point, Texas, and Shelby Corns of Danville, Virginia and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by ex-wife; Barbara Glasscock, grandson; Seth Peoples, and his parents.
A celebration of E.H.’s life will be held Monday, August 29, 2022 at 2 P.M. A graveside service will be held at Clinton Cemetery.
