Elizabeth Ann Carpenter, 81, of Rockwall (formally of Greenville ) passed away Sunday, June 2, 2019.
There will be a Memorial Service on Friday, June 7, 2019 at 2PM at Lynch Funeral Service in Greenville, TX with a visitation one hour prior to service.
Ann was born on April 21, 1938 in Trawick TX. She was the daughter of Virginia Hammock Green and RC Green. Ann attended school in Dallas and graduated from South Oak Cliff high school in 1956. She married her high school sweetheart Jerry Carpenter on August 4, 1956. Ann and Jerry moved to Greenville in 1962 where they raised two children. They lived there for the next 52 years before moving to Rockwall. Ann was a homemaker and worked for Cash Water Supply for many years. Ann was a gifted artist, an exemplary seamstress, and a loyal and devoted friend. She will be missed by many.
Survivors include her loving husband of 62 years Jerry Carpenter of Rockwall, son David Carpenter of Murphy, grandson Trent Orzechowski of Austin, sister-in-law, Mary Lou Ledbetter, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter Debbie Carpenter Orzechowski.
