Grady Benjaman Henderson, age 61, of Quinlan, passed away Saturday, October 24, 2020 in a Carrollton hospital. Graveside services will be held at 2:00PM on Friday, October 30, 2020 at Ridgeview Cemetery in Allen with Bill Howard and Audie Gilbreath officiating. Visitation will be from 8:00AM to 12:00PM on Friday October 30, 2020 at Ingram Funeral Home.

Grady Henderson was born on August 21, 1959 in Tyler, Texas to Mr. Grady B. Henderson and Waldrene Lucile Pruitt Henderson. Grady grew up in Plano and graduated from McKinney High School. He was preceded in death by his father in 1990 and his mother in 2003. He met the love of his life, Rebecca Fryar, in Quinlan during a blind date in 1993 and they married a year later, on May 14, 1994 in Hot Springs Arkansas. He was a member of Bull Creek Cowboy Church in Lone Oak.   Grady worked in metal fabrications most of his life. He was also a mechanic and a fill-in sprint race car driver for the dirt track circuit in Plano. He enjoyed camping, hunting, and fishing in his spare time. He also enjoyed playing canasta, dominos, and scratch offs.

He is loved and will be missed by his devoted wife, Becky Henderson of Quinlan; sons, Bryan Kent Henderson of Virginia and Bill Weaver of North Richland Hills; daughters, Kimberly Henderson Shugart and husband Sean of Shady Shores and Neisha Watson and husband Joel of North Richland Hills; brother, Wesley Henderson and wife Jenny of Princeton; sister, Scharlotte Wilder Thomas of McKinney; 5 grandchildren, Haileigh Henderson of Virginia, Abigail Shugart of Shady Shores, Lauren Weaver of Forney, Clayton Weaver of Rowlett, and Olivia Watson of North Richland Hills; great grandchildren, Evan George and Elijah Cooper both of Forney; his special ex daughter in law, Kristie Perman of Tennessee and numerous nephews, nieces, family and friends.
