Harold Wayne Anderton, age 61, of Quinlan, passed away Friday, December 22, 2023. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Thursday, January 4, 2023, at Ingram Funeral Home in Quinlan. The burial will be held in Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen. Visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, January 3, 2023, at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Weldon Anderton, Ricky Anderton, Paul Anderton, Roy Anderton, Doyle Anderton, and David Anderton.
Harold Wayne Anderton was born on Monday, July 16, 1962, in Odessa, Texas to Mr. Roy William Anderton and Patsy Ann Brigance Anderton. Harold was raised and attended high school in Plano. He enjoyed driving semi-trucks and fishing with his friends. Harold was very outgoing and loved being with people. He never met a stranger and loved getting to know others. He was preceded in death by his father in 1991. Granddaughter Jaylin Anderton.
He is greatly loved and will be dearly missed by his mother, Patsy Anderton of Royse City; sons, Christopher Anderton and wife Alysha of Forney and Jason Anderton of Quinlan; brothers, Roy Anderton and wife Maria of Oklahoma, Paul Anderton of Allen, Doyle Anderton and wife Donna of Royce City, David Anderton of Lavon; Ricky Anderton and wife Jess of Nevada, and Weldon Anderton and wife Shannon of Parker; sister Jana Anderton. His grandchild, Jayde Williams.
