Heidi Renee Donaldson, 63, of Greenville, passed away on Sunday, April 27, 2025, in Greenville, Texas. A memorial service will be 10:00 A.M., Friday, May 2, 2025, at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Butch Bruton officiating. Visitation will be 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Thursday, May 1, 2025 at the funeral home.
Heidi was born on February 4, 1962, in Memphis, Tennessee to Charles Woodfin Evans, Sr., and Sheron Ann Richardson Evans. She married David Donaldson on April 3, 1980, in Folkestone, England. Heidi and David Lived in England for 6 years in the small town of Bordon before moving to Greenville Texas. Heidi had a number of dogs over the years that she loved dearly. She loved to travel; she visited most countries in Europe, all over the US and Canada, her brother Chuck in New Zealand. Heidi also bowled for many years and went to state and national tournaments. One of her greatest joys was to teach the children about Jesus in children’s church. She worked for L-3 Communications.
She is survived by her husband, David Donaldson, mother Sheron Evans, sister Gena Evans and brother Charles Evans Jr.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Evans Sr. in 2014.
