James Clifton “Cliff” Pryor, 82, of Greenville, TX, passed away on March 11, 2022. He was born on December 20, 1939 in Callus, TX to Willie Earnest and Wetah (Sellers) Pryor.

Cliff married the love of his life Wanda Thomason on December 12, 1963.  They enjoyed 58 years together.

Cliff was the owner and operator of “Precision Grinding.”  Being a skilled mechanic, he poured his heart into his work and had many faithful and devoted customers. He will be remembered for working on and restoring classic cars.  Most recently he was proud of the restoration of a 1969 Firebird Convertible for his son Jeff.  Cliff also enjoyed being a talented wood turner and was a former member of the Hunt County Wood Turner’s Club.

Cliff leaves lasting and wonderful memories for his family and friends.

Cliff is survived by his loving wife, Wanda (Thomason) Pryor; son, Jeff Pryor and wife Lara; daughter, Michelle Pryor; 3 grandsons, Jacob Pryor, Mason Pryor, Joey Pryor; sister, Pearl Crain; numerous nieces and nephews; along with a host of loving relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents; 2 sisters, Ruth Phifer, Daisy Henderson; brother, Lloyd Pryor.

The family will have a celebration of life memorial service at a later date.
