James Michal “Mike” Pippin, 62 of Greenville, Texas passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on March 28, 2019 at his home. He was born December 26, 1956 to James and Dorothy Pippin in Greenville. Mike was a loving family man. He enjoyed and cherished every minute he spent with his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He worked for and retired from Quality Intermodal Delivery Service in Mesquite working as a truck driver. Mike is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Connie Pippin; children, Leann Nelson and husband Brandon, Juli Harris and husband Michael; grandchildren, Cain Pippin and Shelbi Bane, Seth Nelson and Kortni Barnes, Allea Pippin, Maci Patterson, Madyson Holbrook, Blake Holbrook, Kenlea Holbrook, Taylor Harris; great grandchildren, McKenzlea Pippin, Brynlea Pippin, and 1 to arrive in September; mother Dorothy Pippin; brother, Bill Pippin and wife Teresa, and sister, Carla Clark and husband Josh; numerous nieces and nephews; along with a host of loving relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, James Pippin; and sister Shelia Marie Pippin.
A visitation will be held from 6pm to 8pm on Saturday March 30, 2019 in the Lynch Funeral Chapel in Greenville. A funeral service will be at 2:00pm on Sunday, March 31, 2019 in the Lynch Funeral Chapel in Greenville. Interment will follow at I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Quinlan.
