James Ronald “Ronnie” Woldon

James Ronald “Ronnie” Woldon died in his home on Thursday, December 7, 2023. Ronnie was born on May 19, 1955 in Greenville, Texas to Thurmon and Mary Woldon. He graduated from Greenville Senior High School in 1973 and entered the United States Air Force upon graduation, serving the country for seven years.
He met and married Pamela Harris and to this union, three sons were born. Ronnie worked for the United States Postal Service and Southern Sanitation Company.
He accepted Christ at an early age at Rose of Sharon Church of God in Christ, and he was a member of Rivers of Love Church.
Ronnie is survived by his mother, Mary Woldon of Greenville, Texas, his two sons, James and Jaston of Fort Worth, Texas, his grandchildren Jream and Jaried of Fort Worth, Texas, sisters Evelyn Snipes, Juanita Bryant, and Lisa Jackson of Greenville, Texas as well as a host of aunts, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, his father, Thurmon and his youngest son, Jaried.
Memorial services are set for Saturday, December 16, 2023 at 12 noon at Rose of Sharon COGIC.
