Katherine Lee Davis Isabell, age 65, of Quinlan, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, January 9, 2023, surrounded by her family. Funeral Services will be held at 5:00 P.M. Friday, January 13, 2023, at Ingram Funeral Home in Quinlan. Visitation will be held an hour prior to the service.
Katherine was born on April 15, 1957, in Abilene, Texas to the late Mr. Bill Davis and Sally Ann Law. She was raised in Dallas and graduated from Skyline High School. She married the love of her life, Jerry Isabell on December 3, 1985. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Christine Allums. Katherine enjoyed Fishing and shopping. She loved going to the nail salon to have her nails manicured. Katherine worked at Boles ISD for many years as the school’s favorite substitute teacher and was known as ‘MeMaw’ by all grade levels. She was a woman of deep faith and an ordained minister. She led many people to the Lord and added in their walk with Jesus. She had a beautiful soul and compassion for others. She loved helping others and giving of herself.
She is loved and will be greatly missed by her best friend and devoted husband, Jerry Isabell of Quinlan. Daughters, Jenifer Cauley and husband Kyle of Caddo Mills, Amber Smith of Dallas, and Candace Davis and husband Joey of Caddo Mills; Son, Eric Isabell and wife Brittany of Sylacauga, Alabama; Sister, Lorrie Ford of Kemp; Grandchildren, Draven, Caroline and husband Drew, Breanna, Jansen and fiancée Audrey, Brooke, Riley and fiancée Natalie, Ally, Bryttnee, Brynn, Denae, Makenna, and Paisley; Great Grandchildren, Eisley and Reid; and her K9 Kids, Cowboy, and Olie of Quinlan.
