Larry was born on March 11, 1956 in Dallas, TX to parents Opal Dean Bailey and Valton Joe Allison of Quinlan and entered into eternal rest on March 6, 2020 at the age of 63. Larry was raised in Quinlan and graduated from Quinlan Ford High School in 1975. He was a custodian for the Quinlan School District, a bouncer at several clubs around the area and a hired handyman throughout his life. Larry was a very kind-hearted soul who adored his family. He loved to dance, play cards and watch old western movies. He enjoyed collecting any and all things related to western. Larry will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Larry is preceded in death by his parents Opal and ValtonAllison, sister Kay McIntire and granddaughter Kenlie Pallett.
He is survived by the love of his life, Brenda Patterson, of Lake Creek, Children; Crystal Deal-Allison of Quinlan, Coy Allison and Deborah of Cash. Bonus Kids; David Payne, Brandon Cole and Crystal of Midland, Tonya Uzzell and Danny of Gun Barrel City, and Kevin McMillan of Rusk. Siblings; Linda Wallace of Quinlan, Marie Allison of Quinlan, Joe Allison and Gail of Canton, Brenda McBride and Jerry of Kentucky, Barbara Duncan and Billy of Royse City, and Betty Clemons of Royse City. Grandkids; Alyssa, Micah, Javen, Samuel, Evan, Valton, Amelia, Ariel, Destiny, Colten, Shayna, Brittany, Kaylie, Michael, Riley, and Skiler. Several great-grandkids, cousins, nieces, nephews, other loving family members, and lifelong friends.
