Lawrence T. Cunningham, 74 of Greenville went to meet his Savior, Monday, March 16, 2020 at Hunt Regional Medical Center. A memorial service will be 2:00 PM, Friday, March 20, 2020 at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Joyce Pattison and Rev. Dwayne Pattison officiating. Visitation will be Friday, 1:00 PM until service time.
Mr. Cunningham was born in Louisville, Kentucky on April 23, 1945. He was the son of Orville Lee Cunningham and Mildred Mary Singer. He married Linda Jones on January 29, 1982 in Sherman, Texas. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army and an avid Kentucky Basketball fan (Go Cats!) Mr. Cunningham was retired from a welding supply company and was a Lutheran.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Cunningham; daughters, Diana Lawrence George, Misty Daniels and husband Scott, and Julie Duke; sons, John Cunningham and Kyle Mayner; grandchildren, Lindsay Clark and husband Russell, Austin Clary, Alex Mikulec and wife Missie, Cameron Duke, Pressley Mayner, Pierson Mayner and Sarah George; great-grandchildren, Mackenna McMillin, Carly Clark, Skylar Clary, Krista Clark and Christian Clary; and many life long friends and family in Kentucky.
He will be buried at Dallas/Fort Worth National Cemetery at a later date.
