Linda Kay Meador, 73, of Greenville, TX, passed away on December 8, 2021, at Christus Mother Frances Hospital in Sulphur Springs. A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at 11:00 AM in the chapel at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home with Dustin Deweese officiating.
Linda was born on October 21, 1948, in Terrell, Texas to Willis J. Allen and Juanita Shoemake Allen. Linda married the love of her life Roger Meador on March 4, 1967, in Rockwall, Texas. Linda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Linda was a homemaker, she loved taking care of her family. Linda never met a stranger.
Linda is survived by husband Roger, son Rory Dee Meador, daughters Michelle King and husband Rick, Lori Nichols and husband Tracy, Janice Tartaglione, brother Ricky Allen, sister Tonya Kuykendall, grandchildren Ashton Hunter, Dustin Deweese, Cody Riley, Alex Meador, Morgan Shannon, Shelby Wiggins, Dakota Deweese, Blake-Leigh Jackson, Hailey Pamplin, Stormi Meador, 19 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Linda is preceded in death by her parents and brother Tony Allen.
