Margie Frazier, of Campbell, TX, bid farewell to this world on June 28, 2024. She was born on April 21, 1945, in Greenville, TX. She was known for her outgoing and fun-loving personality. Throughout her life, Margie achieved success as she ventured into multiple businesses.
Margie’s hobbies were as diverse as her vibrant personality, from shopping until midnight for the best deals to her love of growing flowers. In her younger years, she enjoyed bowling with friends and emerged victorious in several bowling tournaments.
Among the fondest memories cherished by those who knew Margie are the times spent playing games around the table and the many trips she took with loved ones and friends to the casinos, where she delighted in spoiling them at fancy restaurants. Another cherished recollection was the California vacation she and Winnona took with the kids – indulging them during the day and letting loose at night. Hearing them reminisce about their adventures always brought smiles to those around them. Her infectious zest for life made every moment with her truly memorable. Those who had the pleasure of knowing Margie will deeply miss her.
Margie is survived by many who love her. Including her brother Wes Colbert and her sister by choice Winnona Hendren. Children Jenise Huggett and her husband Robert, Cindy McIlveene, Becky Nemitz and her husband Randy, Cindy Cooper, Steve Frazier, and Lynne Mullican.
Grandchildren; Brandy, Crystle, Rob, Clanay, Payton, Billy, Harlee, Gabe, and Amy. Great Grandchildren: Journey, Lily, Cadence, Allie, Robert Lewis, Eoin, Chase, Alyssa, Nature, Curtis, Arielle, and Zayden.
Margie is preceded in death by her parents Horace and Fern Colbert, her first husband Orville Burns, 2nd husband Hoyt Frazier, brother Charles Colbert, daughter Kimberly Frazier, sons-in-laws Rusty McIlveene and Kent Cooper, and grandson Charles McIlveene.
Margie Frazier’s final journey will culminate in a graveside service at Forest Park Cemetery in Greenville, Texas on July 1st from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. As we bid adieu to this remarkable soul, let us remember her for the laughter she brought into our lives and the memories that will forever remain etched in our hearts.
