Mary Evelyn Killgore, 91, of Greenville, passed away on September 1, 2019 in Greenville. Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Matt Beasley and Rev. Joe Ramsey officiating. Burial will be in Brigham Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Killgore was born on October 28, 1927 in Hopkins County, Texas to John Phillip Regan and Mary Naomi Leftwich Regan. She married Leslie Leon Killgore on March 22, 1952 in Houston, Texas. She was a homemaker and a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sons, Ron Purdy and wife, Lisa of Broken Bow, OK, and Phillip Killgore and wife, Leslie of Greenville; daughters, Brenda Killgore of Alba, TX, and Sherrie Allison of Rockwall, TX; grandchildren, Ethan Killgore of Dallas, TX, Joseph and Christina Killgore of Greenville, TX, Crystal Richardson of Winnsboro, Jacob and Katie Richardson of Alba, TX, Nicole and Brandon Rippy of Layton, Utah, Melanie and Mario Medina of Flower Mound, TX, Heather Feathers of Broken Arrow, OK; great-grandchildren, Noelle and Moriah Dawson of College Station, TX, Noah and Sophia Richardson of Alba, TX, Eli, Lincoln and Carter Killgore of Greenville, TX, Lauryn and Kyler Harris of Waxahachie, TX, Allie and Miles Medina of Flower Mound, TX, and Ryan, Becca and A. J. Purdy; great-great-grandchildren, Addison Harris and Kinsley Feathers.
She is preceded in death by her husband; parents; grandson, Ron Purdy, Jr. sister, Patsy McWilliams; brothers, James Regan, Charlie Regan and Floyd (Butch) Regan.
Pallbearers will be Don Fulton, Ronnie Holly, Jimmy Kilgore, Jim Regan, Joseph Killgore, and Jacob Richardson.
