Michael “Mike” Wayne Watts, age 72, of Greenville, Texas, passed away on February 14, 2025. He was born on February 9, 1953, in South Bend, Indiana, to Billie and Janice (Snyder) Watts.
Mike was a devoted family man who found joy in both his loved ones and his passion for working on and playing with hot rods. He was a man of great character and dedication, known for his hard work and deep love for those close to him.
Mike is survived by his son, Michael Watts; daughter, Rachael Steele, and her husband JJ; mother, Janice Snyder; sister, Carla Click; nieces, Amanda Carter and husband Jason, and Misty Henslee and husband John.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Michelle Dianne; his father, Billie Wayne Watts; and the mother of his children, Sharla Watts.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, February 17, 2025, at Lynch Funeral Service Chapel in Greenville, Texas. His family and friends will gather to remember and celebrate his life.
