GREENVILLE – Funeral services for Ona Beth “Nonie” Rose Floyd, 74, of Greenville, are scheduled for 2 p.m., Tuesday, June 25, 2019, at First Baptist Church, Point, with Bro. Zach Honzell officiating.
Interment will be in East Mount Cemetery, Greenville, under the direction of Bartley’s Lone Oak Funeral Home.
Mrs. Floyd passed away Friday, June 21, 2019, at a nursing home in Greenville. She was born October 13, 1944, in Fort Worth, to the late Herschall C. and Ona Elizabeth Rogers Rose. She married John Henry Floyd II on April 25, 1974, in Durant, Oklahoma. Ona moved from Lone Oak to Greenville in 1998 and worked as a cosmetologist and later worked for Sally Beauty for many years. She was a Baptist.
Survivors include her husband of 44 years, John Floyd of Greenville; daughters, Nicole Floyd of Portland, Oregon, and Sherri Floyd of Buffalo, New York; brothers, Herschall Rose and wife Lolene of Visailia, California, and Rob Rose and wife Lynda of Point; and grandson, Henry.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Peggy Jo Welch; and brother, Loyd T. Carden.

Visitation will be one hour prior to service.
