Philip Wayne Mitchell, 70, of Greenville Texas, passed away peacefully in his home Sunday morning, February 14, 2021. Philip was born in Greenville Texas, November 30, 1950, the son of Don and Tommie Mitchell. Philip married the love of his life Vickie Mitchell on September 14, 1975 in Garland, Texas. Philip loved listening to music, dancing, especially ballroom dancing, his children, grandchildren, family, friends, church and life.

Daughter; Melandie Jones and Wade Jones,
Grandchildren; Kylee Ann Brees, Ethan Wade Mitchell, Braelyn Caroline Kay Hamilton,

Eli Ryder Dale Mitchell, Evie LeeAnn Mitchell and Ronni Renae Mitchell.
Philip is also survived by his mother Tommie Mitchell; Sister’s Linda and Bob Fitzgerald,
Phyllis Buchholz, brother-in-law’s; Ronnie South, and Rodney South; Sister-in-law’s Brenda South and Tricia South. And a dear friend who cared for Phil for the last 3 years with
love Cathi Alford.
