Richard F. Lehman, 87, of Greenville, passed away on January 11, 2023, in Greenville. Coker-Mathews Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Lehman was born on November 20, 1935, in Chicago, Illinois, to William Frank Lehman and Dorothy Bickerton Lehman. Richard proudly served his country in the United States Army. Richard married Marilyn Ruth Johnson on November 24, 1956, in Gary, Indiana. Richard worked for U.S. Steel as a roll turner. He was a faithful member of Highland Terrace Baptist Church.
Richard is survived by his loving wife, Marilyn, son, Jay Lehman, daughter, Amber Pitts and husband, Jim, sister, Judy Gilboe, grandchildren, Hannah Pitts, David Pitts and wife, Shannon, Daniel Pitts and Nathan Pitts.
Richard is preceded in death by his parents and son, Todd Lehman.
