Rosie M. Garcia, 61, of Greenville, passed away on September 27, 2024, surrounded by family and loved ones in Greenville, Texas. A memorial service will be at 11:00 A.M., Friday, October 4, 2024, at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel.
Rosie was born March 30, 1963, in Greenville, Texas to Paul Garcia Sr. and Julia Martinez. She was a caregiver and a member of St. William Catholic Church.
She is survived by her siblings, Linda Garcia, Paul Garcia Jr, Benny Garcia, Rickey Garcia and Matilda Lavassaur (David Lavassaur) Sister-in-law, Amelia Garcia.
Along with her nieces and nephews, Daniel Garcia, Jessica Cherry, David Garcia (Melody Garcia), Brianna Garcia and Alayna Garcia as well as her Great Nieces and Nephews, Emma Rasberry, Nathaniel Jace Robison, Harmony Garcia, Israel Garcia, and Amaya Robison.
She was preceded in death by her parents and Florentino Garcia.
She loved Sports. She was a fan of The Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers and Dallas Mavericks. When she wasn’t watching the ball games on television, she loved spending time with her family nephews & nieces, and great nieces and nephews.
