Sandra Coker Flowers, 67, of Quinlan went to be with her Lord and Savior Saturday, January 18, 2020. Funeral services celebrating Sandra’s life will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at Ingram Funeral Home with Judge Hershey Barnett officiating. Interment will follow at IOOF Cemetery in Quinlan. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 21, 2020.

Sandra was born November 16, 1952 in Sulphur Springs, Texas to the late Travis Avon Coker and Clare Mae Abney Coker. She was raised in Winnsboro, Texas and lived in the East Texas area for the majority of her life. On October 13, 2001, Sandra married Charles Glynn Flowers. She worked for over 25 years in insurance sales for State Farm Insurance Company. Sandra loved animals, especially her dogs. She also enjoyed gardening, bird watching, and her family. Megan was her favorite. She is preceded in death by her parents, daughter Tricia Lynn Wilson, and brother Ronald Dale Coker.
She is loved and will be missed by her husband Charles; daughters Catherine Lynn Whitley and husband Douglas of Quinlan, Megan Evans and husband Brent of Frisco, and Amanda Gilley and husband Eric of Quinlan; brothers Travis Lee Coker and wife Lorrie of Abilene and Larry Gene Coker and wife Gladys of Frisco; grandchildren John Curtis Bostick of Quinlan, Courtney Moyer and husband Kameron of Quinlan, Garret Whitley of Quinlan, Dylan Key of Frisco, Timmy Phifer of Quinlan and Maisie Evans of Frisco.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Allen Cadis – Texas Best Choice Animal Rescue, Quinlan, Texas.
