Mack was born April 18th, 1943 in Greenville, Texas to the late Jonathan Travis and Ethelda McWhirter Poole.
Mack Poole was a lifelong resident of the Campbell, Texas community. He was an avid rancher, owned and operated his bulldozer business for over 55 years.
Known as “Uncle Mack” by his many nieces and nephews. They will say he was a cowboy at heart and took fashion cues from no one. His signature every day look was all his: a simple snap button western shirt, his well-worn blue jeans accented his long, long legs that was always paired with grass-stained cowboy boots.
He is survived by his brother Jonathan Robert “Bert” Poole, and wife Gay of Campbell, Texas; sister, Ann Denton of Dallas, Texas; cousin, Alice Matthews, and husband Bill of Carrollton, Texas; and 17 nieces and nephews.
