Vidal Larios Rico, 65, of Greenville, passed away on March 15, 2021 at Baylor Scott & White of McKinney. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. at the chapel of Coker-Mathews Funeral Home with Father Victor Hernandez officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until service time.
Vidal was born in San Juan de la Vea, Guanajuato on November 7, 1955 to Margarito Larios and Manuela Rico. He married Marta Ramirez on December 6, 1979 in San Miguel Octopan, Guanajuato. He worked for the water department for the City of Greenville for 20 years, until his retirement.
Vidal loved to travel and tell everyone about his journeys. He is well known in Greenville and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He was loved by many and will always be remembered as a loving husband, father and friend.
Vidal is survived by his sons, Benny Rico and fiancé, Jessica Iraheta and Scott Vidal Larios Rico and fiancé, Sara Moreno of Greenville; granddaughter, Alicia M. Rico; three brothers and three sisters.
He is preceded in death by his father and wife.
