William Wayne Crippen, age 78, of Quinlan passed away in a Greenville nursing home. A celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Ingram Funeral Home in Quinlan.
William Crippen was born on November 17, 1942 in Memphis, Tennessee. He was the son of the late Mr. William Murry Crippen and Alma LaDell Morris Crippen. He was raised in Arkansas. He worked with his father at a body repair shop in Arkansas before moving to Houston in 1984 and the Quinlan area in 1988. He enjoyed watching dirt track car racing.
He is survived by his sister, Sue Fannin of Quinlan and two sons, Michael and Jason Crippen of Forrest City, Arkansas.
