Winnie Marie (Erwin Dodd) Porter 90, of Kemp, formerly of Greenville, passed away on September 17, 2022, in Kemp, Texas. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jason Thomas officiating. Visitation will be 1:00 P.M., until service time. Interment will be in Etter Lake Cemetery.
Winnie was born in Greenville, Texas on March 10, 1932, to Cecil Buel Evans and Vada Strickland. She retired from Texas Instruments after 21 years of service as a secretary and was a member of Park Street Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Judy Lederman and husband, Andy; brother, C.B. Evans and wife, Sue; grandchildren, Cory and Liz Lederman, Andra and Brian Barton, Chad and Candice Lederman, and Misty and Daniel Lopez; and twelve great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by the father of her children, Billy John Erwin, husband, Verbie W. Dodd, husband, Benny Joe Porter, her parents, son, Randy Erwin, brother, Boyd Evans, and sister, Tommie Shepherd.
Pallbearers will be Cory Lederman, Chad Lederman, Andrew Lederman, Austin Lederman, Peyton Lederman, and Alex Lopez.
Honorary pallbearers will be Denver Lederman and Anthony Lopez.
