Janice Marie Wilkinson age 83, of Wolfe City, Texas died on Thursday
September 12, 2024 at Carrus Hospital in Sherman Texas, after a lengthy
illness. She was born on November 10, 1940 in Como, Texas to Willis Wren and
Vera Christine Nichols. She married Dillard Wilkinson on July 9, 1961 in
Shreveport, Louisiana.
Mrs. Wilkinson was of the Baptist Faith. She retired from Wing Industries in
Greenville.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents (Willis Wren and Vera
Christine), and a brother James Willis Nichols.
She is survived by her son Lee Roy Flanagan of Sulphur Springs, daughter
Cynthia Walding and husband Randall of Greenville and 3 sons, John Wilkinson
and wife Lanita, Joe Wilkinson and wife Joannie, and James Wilkinson all of
Wolfe City, and has 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at
Calvary Baptist Church in Wolfe City with Pastor JP Perez officiating.
