Ann Lou Grimmett, 91, of Greenville, passed away June 7, 2021 at Greenville Gardens. Graveside services will be held at Brigham Cemetery on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. with Mr. Jimmy Hyde officiating. She will be buried next to her son, Mark. Services are under direction of Coker-Mathews Funeral Home.
Ann was born on August 21, 1930 in Detroit, Texas to Marvin and Fannie Johnson Covington. She married Clyde Grimmett on November 21, 1964 in Corsicana, Texas. She was a member Creekside Church of Christ. Ann enjoyed working in her yard and flower beds.
Ann is survived by her husband, Clyde; daughter, Tricia Middle and husband, Bobby; sister, Francis Bailey; daughter-in-law, Marla Kitchens. She leaves behind five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; as well as several nieces and nephews.
