Barbara Jean Brand Lambert, age 88, of Lone Oak, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, August 17, 2021. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, August 24, 2021, at Lone Oak Assembly of God with burial following at Hooker Ridge Cemetery in Lone Oak.
Barbara Lambert was born on June 29, 1933, in Dallas, Texas to Alexander Odom Brand and Ora Bell Mahaffey Brand. She opened a uniform clothing factory in Dallas in 1980 and was owner and operator of Reflections in Dallas until her retirement in 2017. Barbara married Mr. James Houston Lambert on September 27, 2000, and they made their home in Lone Oak. She joined Lone Oak Assembly of God in 2001 and remained an active member until her death. Barbara was a very talented gardener and loved working in her yard and planting flowers. She also enjoyed traveling and going on cruises. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sandy Cardova on January 1, 2011, and brother, Harold Brand.
She is greatly loved and will be dearly missed by her devoted husband, James Lambert of Lone Oak; son, Michael Chapman of Dallas; and sisters-in-law, Charlene Bate and Neoma Smith both of Lufkin.
