Billie Carroll Johnson, age 71, of Quinlan passed away on Monday, October 18, 2021 at his home. He was born October 10, 1950 in Rockwall County to Ollie and Viola (Herrington) Johnson. He married Cynthia Kollman on May 5, 1972 in Belton, Texas.
Mr. Johnson honorably served his nation in the United States Army during the Vietnam conflict. He later became a postal worker.
Billie is survived by his wife, Cynthia Johnson; son; Samuel James Johnson and wife, Tonya; daughter, Catherine Denise Welch; grandchildren, Rylea Torres, Gracie Elizabeth Johnson, Ruby Ann Johnson, Christian Tyler Welch; sister, Wilma Jean Rosselot; and numerous family and friends.
Billie was preceded in death by his parents and by his brothers, G.W., Junior, Wymann, and Lowell Dean Johnson.
