Billy “Pops” Parks 75, of Wagner, passed away peacefully at his residence on June 10, 2019. He was born May 19, 1944 in Anna, Texas to J.W. and Glenda (Hansard) Parks. Professionally, Billy worked as an HVAC Engineer. As a family man, he very much enjoyed time with his grandchildren. He also enjoyed woodworking, bird watching and going hunting. In addition, he was a parishioner of his beloved church, St. Williams Catholic Church of Greenville where he served faithfully.
Billy is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Joyce Parks; Sons, Michael Parks and Wesley Parks and wife Holly; Daughters, Kimberly Elvington, Randie Wilkinson and husband Matt, Michele Avery and husband Rafe; Brothers, Bobby Parks and Benny Parks; 15 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
