Carolyn Ann Eilers, age 75, passed on to be with her Lord and Savior, on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at her home in Campbell, Texas.  Carolyn was the devoted wife of TJ Eilers and a loving mother to Bobby Joe Eilers and Delbert Anthony Eilers. Her favorite role, cherished above all others, was that of being a grandmother to Morgan Elise Eilers, Pace Andrew Eilers, and heart-grandchildren, Makayla and Darius Booth.

A tribute to Carolyn’s life will be held on Saturday, July 20th at Commerce Funeral Home at 1505 Washington Street in Commerce, Texas: family and friends visitation at 2:00, remembrance and celebration at 3:00 pm, and graveside service directly following at Brigham Cemetery in Campbell, Texas.

Carolyn was born in Clarksville, Texas to loving parents, Willie and Alvena Pace, on July 14, 1949. She married TJ Eilers in Clarksville on July 15, 1967. They were longtime residents of Commerce, Texas where they raised their boys. She lived for family, friends, and Jesus, and she’d feed any critter that crossed her path–four legs or not!

Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Alvena Pace of Clarksville, and her husband, Tyke Jones Eilers of Campbell. It brings great joy to know they are now all reunited.

Carolyn is survived by her beloved sisters, Marie Pace Hutchison and her husband, Bill, of Clarksville, and Gayla Pace Ross and her husband, Mike, of Gilmer, Texas. She is also survived by her dear cousin and Family Mischief Director, Jo Ann Pace Gibson of Lucas, Texas, and best friend, Karen Kennedy of Commerce. The memory of her dear soul will live on in her sons, Bobby Joe Eilers (Rowena Knox) of Commerce and Delbert Anthony Eilers (wife Pamela Blakley) of Campbell, her grandchildren, Morgan Elise Eilers of Medford, MA and Pace Andrew Eilers of Campbell. Carolyn is also survived by her loving nephews and niece: Eddie Hutchison, David Hutchison (wife Robin), Carey Hutchison (wife Rayna), Melissa Ross Moore (husband Robert) and William Ross (wife Kim). She is also survived by many great-nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends, whom she loved dearly.

Pallbearers are Pace Eilers, Eddie Hutchison, Carey Hutchison, William Ross, Dee Booth, Darius Booth, Chris Blakley, Melissa Moore, and Robert Moore.
