Celia LeeAnn (Krum) Fisher, of Commerce, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 20, 2022. She was born on October 9, 1948, in Centerville, Iowa, the daughter of Jack R Krum and Dorothy Colleene (Coatney) Krum.
Celia attended high school in Davenport, Iowa, a member of the class of 1966. On June 29, 1968, she married the love of her life, Frank Ray Fisher, at a ceremony in Davenport, Iowa. They enjoyed 54 years of marriage together. Celia was a very creative person. She enjoyed making dolls, as well as being proficient in flower arranging. She spent her life making a home for Frank and their four children.
Left to cherish Celia’s memory are her husband, Frank, her children, Tina Fisher, Angela Ramirez, Christy Edwards, and Paul Fisher and wife, Mary; sister, Sheila Clayton, her brother, Ricky Krum and wife, Pam, 14 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.
Those who preceded her in death are her parents, Dorothy and Jack Krum.
Serving as pallbearers for Celia are Julian Ramirez, Jacob Ramirez, Noel Ramirez, Israel Ramirez, Devan Fisher, and Paul Fisher.
