Helen Elaine (Trammell) Cowser 67, of Greenville, Texas passed away on June 11, 2023 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on May 24, 1956 to Ada Hazel (Buxton) and James Trammell in Dumas, Texas.
Helen loved the Lord and was a member of the New Life Church at Covenant Ranch in Caddo Mills, Texas. Having a servant’s heart, she spent her life tending to and caring for her family whom she loved more than anything. She cared for and nursed her husband during his times of ill health. She nurtured and cared for her children during their formative years. She invested her time, love, and spirit into the lives of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren on a daily basis. Helen leaves lasting and wonderful memories for her family and friends.
Helen is survived by her beloved husband of more than 40 years, Jerry Cowser; children, Crystal Hull and husband Sam, Jonel Cowser, Jesse Cowser and wife Liz, Brittany Cowser and husband Jason; grandchildren, Sade, Markus, Raylynn, Joseph, Tikvah, Jada, Mona, Illie, Micah, Moses, Wesley, Joshua, Logan, one soon to be born; 2 great-grandchildren; brothers, Wayne Trammell and wife Tricia, Joe Trammell and wife Janice, Louis Trammell and wife Sharon; numerous nieces and nephews; along with a host of loving relatives and friends.
Helen is preceded in death by her son, Jerry Ray Cowser; grandsons, Noah, Elijah, Kaleb.
